Training

We provide full training and support on every aspect of glass engraving from artwork preparation to mask processing and sandblasting. The training is done in-house at Crystal Galleries and each session is tailored to the customer’s specific requirements. If you wish to concentrate on a specific discipline then we would allocate more time to that area. We otherwise spend around an hour in each of the four main areas of Artwork, Stencil Creation, Stencil Application and Engraving.

Some of the training is done within our actual production facility and you will have the opportunity to speak to our operators who are experts in their field.  Even experienced customers will pick up tips and techniques to enable them to speed up their own processes or to reduce waste glass.

You will also get the opportunity to see our extensive range of glass and crystalware first hand, including the clearance products which are offered at discounted prices.

The price of training is £50 per hour with a full session taking 4 hours to complete. This can be arranged through our General Manager, Kevin Cowey.
