Photo Mask

Photo masks can be used to engrave photographs onto glass and crystal gifts and awards using a half tone process with up to 80 dots per inch.

Photo masks can also be used to engrave very fine detailed designs or text.

The mask is floated on to the glass using a very thin, but extremely strong, water based adhesive.

The adhesive is left overnight to dry, once dry the carrier film is removed leaving the mask securely adhered to the glass.

The mask should be blasted using 280/320 white aluminium oxide.

Once blasted the mask is easily washed off in warm soapy water.
