Photo masks can be used to engrave photographs up to 140 lpi or very fine artwork. The mask is floated on to the glass using a very thin, but extremely strong, water based glue. When the glue has dried, the Carrier Film is removed, leaving only the stencil on the glass - no membrane or sticky glue to blast through.
