1.         Completion  We seek always to meet your requirements and can usually offer 7-10 days delivery from receipt of approved artwork depending on quantities.

2.         Prices  Whilst every effort is made to keep the prices constant, the prices shown are subject to possible change without notice.

3.         Shortages  Shortages or breakage must be notified in writing within 3 working days of delivery.

4.         Quality  Many of the products that we supply are handmade and many may include slight inconsistencies in shape and size, they may also contain small air bubbles which are in fact the hallmark of a truly individual piece of handmade   crystal. Only goods that are deemed to be of merchandisable quality will be supplied, we do not supply seconds stock. The right is reserved to offer an alternative to the  standard
product when the original item is not available. In these circumstances the replacement item is guaranteed to be of similar or better quality than the standard item.  All sizes and weights are approximate as many of the products that we offer are hand made and may vary as a result.

5.         Engraving  The products featured in the brochure are intended to illustrate the effect of the items with engraving and do not necessarily mean that they have been supplied or endorsed by the company featured.

6.         Delivery  Whilst every effort is made to meet delivery requirements, time shall not be of the essence in the contract unless specifically agreed.

7.         V.A.T.  All prices quoted exclude V.A.T.

8.         Terms  Nett 30 days from date of invoice. Legal and beneficial title to the goods supplied shall remain with the vendor until paid for in full even when the goods have passed to a third party.


9.         Samples  Samples are charged for unless otherwise agreed in advance, however they will be credited if returned within 30 days. Customised samples are non returnable. Postal and carriage charges for samples remain payable even if    the sample is returned for credit.

10.        Restocking  A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the returned items will be charged for goods that are despatched and subsequently returned.
