The Company

 

 

Crystal Galleries were established in 1982 and their main aim was simply to meet local demand for sports trophies, wedding gifts, awards and promotional gifts. However, it soon became obvious that the potential was much greater than that and they soon outgrew their original base and moved to larger premises.

 

They continued their steady expansion throughout the 80’s and 90’s and eventually outgrew their former 10,000 sq ft premises. After 3 years searching for suitable premises and 6 months refurbishing them Crystal Galleries relocated to their new 25,000 sq ft unit in February 2008.

 

As the demand for glassware grew so did the need for complementary supplies and services which include engraving equipment, compressors, mask making equipment, masking film and their own exclusive self adhesive stencils.

 

They have recently launched a 64 page catalogue bringing together products from around the world including USA, Mexico, Italy and the Far East and ranges from some of the finest manufacturers including Waterford Crystal, Edinburgh Crystal, Stuart Crystal, Mario Cioni and CrystalEdge. Featuring in excess of 600 items it allows Crystal Galleries to make the claim that they offer ‘The most comprehensive range of Quality Engraved Crystal & Incentive Gifts in Europe'.

 

As a company Crystal Galleries believe that all of their staff must deliver outstanding customer service and exceed quality expectations to ensure its continuous expansion and success in the future, this belief helped them to achieve Investors in People status in May 2004.
